When you join BOLA you can be one of the 5%.
Chaired by Jeff Bell, each monthly BOLA Prime meeting is jam-packed with fascinating content and great experiences. We meet generally on the 3rd Friday of each month, at a superior commercial venue:
- There is a limit of 16 people in our group.
- Each member is an experienced leader of a successful business.
- No-one is from a competing business.
- You will be introduced to models, tools and experiences you may have never seen before.
- We will have revealing panel discussions with high-achieving and experienced WA business people.
At all times, it is highly interactive, totally confidential and deeply enjoyable.
A typical all-day BOLA Prime program:
- Start 0830hr
- Session 1 Group sharing and dynamics, group learning
- Session 2 Industry leader Group Conversation
- Lunch 1230-1300hr
- Session 3 Group problem solving and innovation.
- Session 4 Group learning and innovation
- Close 1600hr
And, each monthly group meeting is complemented by a coaching session for you (with Jeff). This is your personal forum for tackling your most demanding leadership challenges, generating new options and making better decisions. These sessions feed into the content being processed in the all-day program.
Coaching sessions are at Jeff’s office for 2hrs (or at your office for 1.5hrs); generally in the 2nd week of each month*.

How to join BOLA
First, you can make an appointment to meet Jeff: jeff@bandofleadersaustralia.com.au or call him on 0439 988 662.
You can discuss with Jeff your needs and ideas and he can assess your fit for the group. He will also show you the member commitments and group composition.
As we speak new groups under the leadership of Paul Manning (BOLA Growth) and Dr Kate De Jong (BOLA Startup) are being formed. The two groups have formats and price points that are different to the BOLA Prime group.
Registering your place in the BOLA group is by paying the first quarter’s fee. Jeff would then be in touch to confirm that there are no commercial conflicts with other registrees.
The ongoing fee will then be payable on invoice, each quarter in advance.

Fees for the combined group and coaching:
- BOLA Prime $1690 per month
- BOLA Growth $1183 per month
- BOLA Startup $676 per month
* The fee includes meeting day course materials, catering, venue, parking; coaching; GST.
If you wish to begin with the coaching component only, the fee is $8800 for 12 sessions

Program Leader
Many executives find great benefit in having an experienced, knowledgeable, understanding person to chair, present content and to discuss ideas and decisions. This person has no vested interest and maintains strict confidentiality.
Jeff Bell, who is also the BOLA convenor, is such a person and he challenges and extends the Leader, while being supportive.
Jeff has chaired and delivered over 250 one-day meetings and courses and has conducted about 2500 1to1s over the past 20 years. He has written over 450 original posts on leadership, strategy and change.
His clients own and run businesses that turn over between $1million and $4billion, have from 3 to 3500 staff and come from every industry sector. They uniformly report a lift in their leadership capabilities as a result of Jeff’s meetings, coaching and courses.
